Back in the day, many of the Super-Wealthy Industrialists DID give back to society. Gifting Parks, schools, resources and above all – Housing. All of our towns & cities in the UK have streets LINED with various sized Terrace-Houses. Take Cadbury’s as a PRIME Example – A Whole Village of top Quality Housing for it’s workers. My own town had Huntley & Palmers as it’s global Industrialist. They gave So Much to the Town and surrounding areas (Which Our Labour Ruling Body have been ‘adopting’ as their OWN and selling OFF to their buddies) . We also had Suttons Seeds, another Global entity which also contributed locally. the problem IS! that modern-day ‘Big Business/Industry’ DO! All Take-Take-Take!! – If they behaved like their predecessors, We wouldn’t HAVE a Housing/Homeless/Homelessness Crisis in the UK. Greed! Is the Buzz-Word these days. But there again – Maybe Our Planning Nightmares!! made them think it wasn’t worth ALL of the trouble & effort? Who Knows EH?? ….

Loses their ‘Home!’ – Emphasis on – The HOME! … One a Renter has been evicted from to make way for the ‘Change-Of-Use’ and they find it extremely difficult to find another ‘home’ to rent at an affordable price! All of the European countries have been inflicted with this CANCER – The UK in particular – But look across the pond at USA – Their Homeless crisis is getting Bigger & Bigger Exponentially as More & More Properties are being reclaimed by banks like Black Rock and then Re-Let at much higher Rents so that the original Home Renter can no longer afford to stay in their neighbourhood which they’ve brought families up in, probably lived in the same neighbourhood ALL their lives as well … Now reduced to living in Squalid Hostels where rats are your sleeping buddies – Forcing many to live in the Tent Cities building up in Most! States. We already have them in OUR Cities in the UK, London especially …… I think You could do WELL to do a WHOLE VIDEO on this subject Paul.
